"Do NOT go here, and also don't go with State Farm. I met with an agent who was super friendly (Conor) to get an auto quote. Less than a week later, the quote doubles. I was forthcoming with my agent about everything on my driver record. The underwriter made a mistake on my policy. That's not my issue-i haven't been refunded as I canceled my policy immediately. But that's not the main issue either I'm sure I will be refunded soon. Jessica, the office manager, has one of the WORST attitudes I've ever encountered. I called to ask a simple question and she had the nerve to throw both insults and accusations, and tell me I call too much about my refund. I wasn't even calling their office to ask on the status. I had another simple question. I do not see how she's an office manager with her awful attitude. At least my agent was super kind and professional. I'll never go with State Farm for any type of insurance in the future. All the 4 stars are from people who did not deal with Jessica. I don't know who she thinks she is."
