"The team is awesome! I have been with SF for over 15yrs now and they have never disappointed me. "Conor Ridley has been great to work with over the years. Navigating homeowners insurance in California, especially with FAIR Plan and supplemental coverage, can get very complicated quickly, but he's always been patient and very straightforward throughout the process. His responsiveness is also top notch.
I've appreciated that Conor gives honest guidance without pushing unnecessary coverage, while ensuring we're properly protected. He's made a stressful topic much easier to manage. "Jessica provided exceptional service to me after my father passed and we were unable to renew our condo insurance with her company (State Farm is no longer writing new policies of this type.) She gave me links to several companies that could help me, one of which I ended up choosing. She educated me about what to look for in a new company and even processed a prorated refund once I notified her that I had successfully found an alternative. If State Farm is still writing the type of policy you need, I don’t think you can do better than working with Jessica."

We've had several changes to our home (construction of a new build) and to our auto policy (including a new teen driver) and he helped me figure out the best overall package for our needs.
